the judge ruled that statements floyd made in 2019 crying for his "mama" were too prejudicial and not admissible
however, the medical evidence re drug use is admissible

Floyd knew he just swallowed the drugs and knew he was screwed if they put him in car and left him. Remember he had already pulled the same thing previously during arrest, including swallowing drugs, and ended up being taken to the hospital.
