Even then it takes a while. In Louisiana it usually takes about 6 months at best. You have to be warned and given time to comply with records requests,etc. 6 weeks is a frick job on steroids.

Yep, that guy is into some shady shite no doubt. Went from too poor to pay taxes to purchasing a second home in Florida and a $100k vehicle. Where’d that income come from?

Having been through the IRS audit process, I can assure you that most people have fricked up something on their taxes in the last 5 yrs. The federal tax code is thousands of pages long of legalese bullshite. I'll reserve judgement on this dude until we actually see what they contend he fricked up.
