Judge, you missed the morning discussion --

Here's the video (within the story):
1. Seen at 50 seconds: K. Washington (defendant) and it appears to be his phone. He is wearing a black had but you can see the bleach blonde tips as in mugshot.
He also appears to be saying something but a pro lip reader would have to make that out. We don't have one of those.
2. Seen at 57 seconds: perp #2 - black male wearing a black and white/stripe plaid shirt - face clearly visible. He has a light blue. He steps out of the vehicle.
3. The audio is out of synch with the video and not sure if WBRZ did this or the defense lawyers or defendants. There's no reduction in sound level as Madison looks away and the "Uber" comment is made.
4. It appears Casen was intentionally hiding his identify. Remember, when first located (I can't recall which of the 4 it was) they denied having ever met Madison until confronted with the video from inside Reggie's.
5. At 1:22 - as Madison exits the vehicle it is blurred (and this may be why) she appears to be pulling up her pants.
6. You can make out the Toyota crest on the steering wheel and see out of the front windshield at 1:24.
Can anyone identify the precise location Madison was dropped off here? I think that may be Burbank about 100 yards away, which goes back to the "seconds" comment from the family attorney.
DVA Tailgator then made this brilliant comment:

So in the first clip, the “juvenile” lets her out on the passenger side. In the second clip, the “juvenile” lets her out on the drivers side and immediately gets back in.
Also, I wonder what Kaivon is saying in
!!

Ha!
At 1:00 Madison exits to the right (as the 17 y.o. is also on that side and exits first to make way for her).
Then...
At 1:21 Madison is exiting to the left (as the 17 y.o. gets out first to get out of her way).
I recall years ago an argument in a car behind me led the young lady getting out of the car of the guy....in the rain. He drove along a bit begging her to get back in. Then gave up and drove away.
Perhaps Madison was in the fight in the minute 1:00 mark with Casen who told him to get the heck out of his car (get out get out). She got out, realized she had no phone and then she got back in the car and was moved to the second location.
That's my 'working theory.' Got another plausible explanation?

Which one?
Swoozie got it. Coincidentally, it rhymes with "odd one."
And JH, as closely as you have been following this thread, you might possibly have noticed that I was one of the first to call out the “oddness.”

Ever drive around someone really drunk? What do you worry about?

Are you skynet?

Them throwing up in my car ... so I roll down window.
Them falling out of the car ... so I keep the door locked.
Them trying to fight me while I'm driving...
But I'd get them home as I took responsibility of having someone intoxicated inside my vehicle.
Skynet? Not an A.I. or I wouldln't make so many errors.
Wattch the video linked above and see what you think...

Nice touch. Then again, isn’t that a ploy AI would use to show it isn’t AI? Hmmmmm.
Just messing with you baw.

No worries, baw.
But how - more importantly why - does Madison get out of both sides of the car?

Could it be as simple as one video is mirrored, and the other isn’t?
First is from the perspective of Washington on selfie-mode. The second is from Casen with his arm awkwardly behind the passenger’s seat.
New thing I noticed this time: Washington appears to be laughing at the very beginning of the first video.

Just don’t think you can tell much from those snippets except that she was in car with them.
She could easily have gotten out twice under multiple scenarios.

What's the building in the background? Across the street as she exits. (You can see it a bit clearer in the video.)
Suspect Washington made the video:
The second rape defendant suspect - next to Madison (from the defense lawyers' video - so should be okay to 'grab' here):

Can’t get them home if you don’t know where home is.

I don’t see a whole bunch .. Shaky video and news guy talking over some of the audio .. she’s talking and perhaps (I’m assuming) crying .. I don’t of course know her normal voice.
This whole thing sucks. When might we found out grand jury decision?

I guess I’m totally missing it but some of what you’re seeing, I just don’t see. Not that it matters what I see or think.
Posted on 2/19/23 at 2:47 pm to tiger91
The grand Jury is busy looking at all the incriminating evidence the idiots and defense attorneys have submitted so far. It may take a while.

The 'latest' videos don't contribute that much. They do raise some suspicions because of a few details that others have pointed out.
IMO, the defense is playing the inept reporter to shape public sentiment. That is, they are trying to push the narrative that she was not drunk beyond the ability to consent.

They show Madison is severely drunk and we don't know what the full videos will show the Grand Jury and eventual jury.
Oddest thing was the location of Madison's drop off. That's not near Pelican Lakes (the video drop off location).
Does seem an attempt to manipulate the public perception of events through a carefully edited video and perhaps we should read a subtle threat to the family from the attorney in the interview, "Madison looks terrible here and we can dump more out when we need to drag her through the mud in this case..."
Based on scanning the 3,000 comments from the YouTube true crime vlogger, seems to have backfired with the average viewer.

Very unfortunate situation here for sure, but I have not been convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime has occurred here….Yet.
I’d like to see the process play out and learn more facts.
