The only thing that will settle this is LSU pregame football tailgate blood draws and videos.
Could see exactly what everyone can still physically do at different BAC’s

As for kidnapping, the law says "entice" as well as force. "We'll bring you home, sure" but they bring her two miles away and rape her.
Correct. shite why are we discussing kidnapping though? Its the rape that's going to sink that little figs arse.

Liver damage: so if a persons liver is damaged at death due to alcoholism, can a defense lawyer bring that into the defense somehow? (Just asking an in general question)

Why didn’t you quote this part WweeeWaa?
Because I felt bad for already making you look like a fool
quote:
if alcohol remains unabsorbed in the stomach when the trauma occurs, the reduced splanchnic circulation will tend to slow down and delay absorption of alcohol into portal venous blood. Much will depend on the quantity of ethanol unabsorbed in the stomach when the trauma occurs and the type of emergency treatment given. If trauma injuries or the life-saving surgical treatment interrupts hepatic blood flow, this will diminish the rate of ethanol metabolism.
Even if the trauma caused disruption of splenic circulation it isn’t going to INCREASE the BAC. They are simply saying it could slow down the metabolism. Meaning it wouldn’t fall as fast.
We are interested in what her BAC was when she was raped. Her splenic circulation wasn’t interrupted at Reggie’s and even if it was it would not cause her BAC to increase.
So I’ll ask you again, give me a reasonable hypothesis for how the BAC was falsely elevated.

Link a credible article to back it up

Ell the rest of your quote is saying that the remaining alcohol in the stomach will absorb slowly due to less splanchnic blood flow.

truck. A person with a BAC of .319 is not capable of jogging and walking like that
You’re not an expert so don’t claim to be. All that shows is 5 seconds of her moving her legs. She could’ve slumped over seconds later

Too high, too low doesn’t matter. Anything that brings doubt into its validity will be broached. Not once did I say that it would make the reading high. Just that it could make it wrong and the defense would use that.

Why haven’t they been charged with kidnapping?

The effort to “win” arguments against rando, anonymous people is wonderful.
I mean, I guess without it this site wouldn’t exist

I think likely we are going to learn that there are problems with that reading.
Much of this case hinges on that BAC report because it's so high. Without it, the defense has a much stronger case.

Exactly. And if she still had liquor in her stomach, her BAC would climb after her injury.
Are you arguing she had cirrhosis?

What you looked up says that trauma is an insignificant factor to BAC
You should come back later and try again.
