That new video is just as condemning
She couldn’t even walk

No one posting right now made that claim to the best of my knowledge

Who said we have all of the facts?

How many times do you have to answer the same question for this guy? Youve schooled him enough.

In conclusion, this literature review indicates that trauma and massive blood loss exert insignificant effects on a person's BAC and rate of ethanol metabolism.
So was this you admitting you were wrong?

She must have had more alcohol after they got to the truck. A person with a BAC of .319 is not capable of jogging and walking like that. An hour or so is plenty of enough time to drink more, get raped and dump off like she was. The BAC testing has likely been verified and the defense will not be able to disclaim the results. And to put a cherry on top, the Washington savage is a serial rapist with probably more charges coming. Bonus, their own statements and video damning evidence.

Why don’t you explain to us how the BAC could be wrong. You don’t even have a hypothesis.
quote:No. The person who put it in my head was a lawyer friend of mine. He said blood tests can be thrown out if the swab wasn’t done correctly because it can contaminate it. The idea that trauma could affect it too was my own question. But the study I posted said it’s possible so… glad you had all that medical training.
You just think because the defense said they don’t believe it that it’s possible that the lab test could be wrong.

Incorrect. Go back about 40 pages or so.

Rog did not. He said it's a possibility. And he is correct that video does not prove it did not happen

if alcohol remains unabsorbed in the stomach when the trauma occurs, the reduced splanchnic circulation will tend to slow down and delay absorption of alcohol into portal venous blood. Much will depend on the quantity of ethanol unabsorbed in the stomach when the trauma occurs and the type of emergency treatment given. If trauma injuries or the life-saving surgical treatment interrupts hepatic blood flow, this will diminish the rate of ethanol metabolism.

I was previously unaware that you are an eyewitness. Can’t wait to hear your testimony.
But you are right. I’ve wasted enough time here.

Absolutely.
You can be kidnapped even if you willingly, sober get in a car with someone.
All they had to do is not take her where she wanted, against her will.
Thats trial stuff, probably get worked in a plea deal if its the case..

Judge Holden,
Correct and looking at the comments here and (worse) on the WAFB / WBRZ public Facebook post on this story, there are jurors in EBR that'll see the video and say: "reasonable doubt." Maybe the hospital got it wrong.
As for kidnapping, the law says "entice" as well as force. "We'll bring you home, sure" but they bring her two miles away and rape her. They lied to her to get her in the car to rape her.
Any legal eagles here know what 'entice' means?
But yeah. Likely a stretch. You pros fill us in. Can you willingly get in a car but it turn into a kidnapping?

When new facts come out, you can trot your retarded theories out again.
