What a bunch of shitheads

I am so very glad I get to choose which cases I take.

I'm glad those guys are handling this case instead of some underpaid and over-worked PDO having to deal with this shite storm.

Her blood alcohol content was .319 just after the event. At that level SHE had no idea what she wanted. She was well past the point of judgment.

That is the whole point which you refuse to understand and continually excuse.

All evidence points to her being that intoxicated at the point of the encounter

Good Evening, Gentlemen,

As a woman, who was once raped, and not quite the same horrible way that Madi was, you are the lowest scum of the earth, defending a man that raped a 12 year old girl. Your interests lie in the publicity and getting paid. I am shocked that you sleep at night. You only see color. #blackvwhite

Yes, they contribute to the degradation of society. FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.

Yep, under the guise of "justice."

I understand wanting to make sure the guy gets a fair trial. But coming after the victim in this case seems like a very shitty thing to do.

Are you retarded?

Asher Roth said it best, "don't have sex if she's too gone"

I had a girl who constantly stayed at my house in college, problem was she was always drunk and I never did anything because of it.

One morning, dead sober, she asked why we never hooked up? I pointed out she was always as fricked up as a three legged catfish when she got to the house. She said that didn't matter and she was always ready for it.

In retrospect, I'm pretty sure she was just paying rent in pussy....

turned to rape

I would let my kid rot in jail and figure out where I failed along the way. There’s some things you can’t really remediate…sexual deviant crimes are high on that list.

If my son was also arrested for holding down a 12 year old and raping her for a hour I would probably be asking my son what the frick he was thinking rather than questioning the authorities.

I'd be whooping my son's arse while his mother was on the phone calling the cops to pick his arse up for his own safety.

Unless the defense "opens the door", I don't believe they can trash Madi. I am no expert, whatsoever, trial by jury is much more intricate.

LPSO has a hold on his arse with no bond.

Imagine paying 15,000 to bail him out and then he gets locked back up the following day. Didn't even have time to find another victim.

I am truly curious, how do you get a trial jury v. a judge deciding your fate? It doesn't seem like criminal v. civil is different in most states.

I believe the defendant has to waive the jury trial.

All felonies in LA have the option of a jury or judge trial. It's up to the defendant.

Misdemeanor is bench only.

Civil is more complicated based on the amount. $10k for personal injury and $50k for other cases (to summarize it very short)

Which is why I said it’s still rape.

don’t know what she wanted. Do you have the power to know? We are all saying what we think. The evidence so far does show that she did like the 17yo so it’s not far fetched to think she wanted to have sex with a guy she liked. By law it is still rape.

Karma always comes around. Sadly, it’s possible that Madi would still be alive if had been held accountable for raping the 12yo.
