ETA… I also don’t think she was thrown out in the middle of a highway but instead asked to be out… and no, she didn’t deserve to die. A lot of terrible choices were made by all of them. Lives ruined and a life lost. It’s horrible.

Reading all of these comments just reiterates why society is where it's at now.

The Casen kid agreed to give her a ride home. He assumed responsibility for her. He parked the car and she was raped by his two friends. And then left her on a dark road in the rain knowing she was black out drunk and had just been raped.
Her saying let me out doesn’t change his culpability at all. If he was not a piece of shite he would have ensured she was let out somewhere safe where someone could help her.

The affidavit says what the cops saw in the video inside Reggie’s. People at Reggie’s that night.m also, this latest video shows them ahead of her across the street before she ran over to them.

The police affidavit says she asked for a ride home. Is the video not consistent with that? Unless I missed it, I didn’t see the part in the video where she asked to be anally raped by two dudes and left to die on the side of the road.

Sounds like he tried to get her home but couldn’t remember which house. They started arguing and she said to let her out and she’d call Uber.
If he didn’t let her out that would be kidnapping.

She couldn’t remember or communicate where she lived but you think that she could reasonably communicate consent to having sex with the 17 year old.

Well you seem to think that the video of her going after them proves she wanted sex, at least from 17 year old. All it shows is it is consistent with defendants own words that she asked for a ride home.

She was flagging down a ride share car but was the car for her? Or was it just a random car out on Burbank at 3 a.m.? We don't know this yet. Or did I miss this?
Did she have a phone with her that was working? I don't believe we know this. We do know she couldn't tell them where she lived by address or by sight.
What video will they find when they 'crack' the cellphones of the 4 perps? I would expect the actual rape or rapes are on there - either photos or video. Don't know though yet.

Where do you see anyone still claiming that? I'm sure many folks thought that back when all they had were the original details and they were trying to put all the pieces of the puzzle together, but not now.
