Not always. I think death is possible with that high of a BAC but from being involved with treatment centers I've personally sent BAC levels over ,550.
It's always rapid consumption of hard liquors. You don't slowly get your BAC that high, you get that high by chugging vodka in 30 minutes.

- 1/15/23 0250 Madison killed
- 1/16/23: EBPSO/LEO knew within 12 hours or less who she left with (at least the driver) probably through bar receipts, bar surveillance video, and license plate readers (Casen); cops probably gave some info about case theory
- 1/16 - Casen (sic?) the driver "showed up" to interview with detectives (within 36 hrs.)] - Implicates the rest.
- 1/18 - Madison autopsy
- 1/19 - Madison toxicology report comes back; at this point, it was known she couldn't consent to sex given BAC
- 1/23 - arrest warrants issue
It looks like Kaivon didn't know what he was up against until they asked for a DNA swab, then it clicked and he stopped talking.

Where did this number come from? Pretty sure you’re dead at .391
Nah, you're getting close, but you're not really at severe risk of death until you start reaching mid-.4

I’m not going to derail this but yes you could name any college town and I can find you a horrific event.

So, no one going to ask why this girl ended up alone with these guys? Wasn’t she in a sorority? Where were her friends? Wasn’t she at multiple bars?

What else was he going to say? Let’s burn down the projects and actually fix the problem?
That is precisely what I want to hear.

How was she served and how many drinks was she served to reach that level of an impairment?
College bars worked by other college students, many of them also drinking while bartending. It’s not very common for a Tigerland bartender to cut someone off because they look drunk.

What systems does her sorority have in place when their members go out? Where were her friends, ect?
I’m sure her sorority talks about it. But when it’s 1:30 in the morning and all the friends are blackout, I could see how someone could wonder off for 10 minutes and not be noticed.

How much did the driver play in the role of the acts of the crime and what was his level of cooperation when questioned?
The driver is probably the least of their worries.

How rural was the area where she was abandoned and how poorly light was it for her not to been seen prior to the crash?
There are two neighborhoods right there. One on each side of Burbank. It’s not very well lit though.
I’ve seen people suggest that they should require college ID’s. Many of them do that on busy nights when they can afford it. However if it’s a slow night or towards the end of the night when there’s not many people, they’ll throw it out in order to keep people coming in the bar. Reggie’s is also known for being full of underage locals. It’s not like we’re talking about Fred’s here.

How about 1 murder, one rape and dump resulting in death, and a student shot on campus? All were separate events that happened within 4 months. Can you still name any town with that many horrific events in such a short time period? This doesn’t even count robberies and other lesser crimes happening to students or on campus.

In no way am I blaming this young woman, but but with maggots like these out there you have to be as careful as possible.
Yea, discussing the safest course of action and obvious poor choices is not victim blaming.
We can all recognize and know the things we would recommend college girls do and not do. Doesn’t mean we are blaming this poor girl in any way.
What a sick, disgusting situation.
I won’t say what I would do in this situation, in case I ever have to do it.

It has happened at least once. That is if you count bogies as technically tiger land or not

Been asked multiple times. Read a page or 2.

I’m sorry this isn’t rape if she is conscious and verbally agreed. If that’s the definition of rape then many of us including me have done it. I mean finding a drunk chick at a bar is kind of what college men do
Nobody’s looking for a girl to take advantage of that can’t walk or talk coherently. Shitstains do that.

Letting someone underage that drunk alone to her own devices to get home safe probably happens multiple time a night but won’t look good to the judge
Agreed. I think Reggie’s is fricked. But they’re not responsible for her rape or death IMO. I’d have to hear a hell of an argument from an attorney or judge to convince me they are culpable of that.

She was sitting outside the bar alone and these 4 dudes came and noticed she was seriously intoxicated. Coerced her in the car and took advantage of her. Once they were done, they kicked her out the vehicle.

If you have ever been in that neighborhood she was apparently dropped in it is like a fricking maze to get out of. Only been there once and without GPS I’d still be looking for Burbank. Her BAC suggests she wouldn’t have been in any shape to use her phone if she even had it still.
RIP to the young lady, prayers for the family and let these 4 lowlifes go down hard. Zero chance any of them is ever a productive member of society.

Are you trying to blame her friends for this?

I heard she was drunk leaving Reggie's and 3 dudes(1 white, 2 black)called her over and offered to give her a ride and she got in. The white dude was driving while the other 2 had their way with her in the backseat. They then dumped her off Burbank and i'm sure she was pretty out of it and was then hit by a car.
How did this guy know exactly what happened 5 days ago?
I'm hoping he knew so much about this case because he's a cop.
