Don’t floss for a week. Then floss and smell said floss. I don’t give a shite if it helps my teeth or not.

Sniffing floss never crossed my mind.

There is no evidence flossing helps your teeth. One study indicates it may help your gums but other studies show it has no effect.

Did you just make this up?

Floss then brush.

Random: I only learned this year that you’re not supposed to rinse toothpaste from your mouth. Just brush then spit. Wtf! I saw it on Reddit, and googled. Sure enough, I’ve been doing it wrong my entire life. You wash away the fluoride benefits if you rinse after, apparently.

I’ve never met a dentist that was not absolutely flush with cash.

And they only work four days a week.

Obviously, if she (or he, no judgement here) is fresh out of school she/he will not be loaded yet.

Floss first to loosen the plaque/food debris and then brush it away

Yeah I guess that’s pretty relative. But you and your future wife should never hurt for cash with one of y’all making that kinda cash.

No, it was in the news a while back and so I googled it to make sure I remembered it correctly.

And I just flossed for the first time in a while and the floss did stink.

Lol that’s ridiculous. I’m 55 and I’ve had one cavity.

I think genetics plays a huge role in this. I am 46 and take pretty good care of my teeth (biggest issue is some grooves from brushing too hard when younger). I have never had any cavities or anything. My mom is 77 and never had any dental issues either.

I had a beautiful girlfriend who took care of her teeth but still always had issues.

I agree with that. My dad is 91 and maybe has 2 cavities, my mom has numerous fillings.

After usually. Followed by a rinse. Though I’ll floss as soon as I feel food stuck in my teeth if I can.

Anyone who doesn’t floss is a disgusting POS with poor oral health.
