I thought most of the wind in BR would’ve died down by now but it’s still going pretty strong

Went thru Opelousas and Lafayette. Opelousas doesn’t seem bad a few downed trees and power lines. Kind of the same for Lafayette. Opelousas there was a substation or something on fire by heather drive behind the movie theater.

Winds down here in Southern livingston are still kicking. About 40mph gusts

I’m just east of Jackson, I think we dodged it. Winds steady about 20 MPH with gusts up to 40-45MPH. Stay safe elsewhere. Oh, it has not rained but as I type this it’s just starting.

Haven’t lost power in Watson yet but sometime during the night/early morning I lost internet and cable. Consider myself very lucky if that’s all.
