Is the center of circulation just south of alexandria right now? It looks as though the winds on the backside of the storm have been pushed east. Are these accurate assumptions?

Let’s see how the third world country power grid of Ouachita Parish handles this one. Ouachita Parish of all places had the second most power outages in the state after Hurricane Laura.
