The rainfall totals for laf are predicted to be 4-6 inches with 10 inch max by NWS.
So was BR and BR already surpassed that.

And yet you rely on NWS data for windspeed, location, etc.?

IWeatherNet Rainfall totals map
Select the 24 hour period to see just how bad the rain has been so far in the Zachary/Central/Pride areas.
Or even the 12 hour period.

Much better at predicting positioning and even intensity than rai fall totals scattered across the state.
Nws will almost certainly be right by as mentioned by the BR bros, certain areas will get way more than projected

Damn, Ben Terry just went through the rain fall and projecting more than 12" in LC. Not good with all the debris in the ditches.

Looks like our camp might not be there anymore after this.

12.22" is what it showed. Made me sit up in bed for sure. It was the point with the most on the map.
Winds model had it getting to 93 mph gust toss, arrived 60 sustained.

It actually hasn't been here in LC. If we get 12", many are going to flood cause that would be in less than 24 hours

12"would put a smile on her face.
