Anyone have projected rainfall totals for BR?

At this point, if the current models stay the way they are and it passes through Lafayette and BR, I really think we will be alright.
Agreed. I don't want to wishcast the storm on anyone but there are areas better prepared to take this one than Lake Charles is right now.

Agree 40 miles is a huge deal

The Euro hates Lake Charles.

Yeah I’m hoping this thing makes a track on the eastern side of the cone

At my parents house it was one of the only ones still standing after Laura. That's about 18 miles outside DeRidder.

honestly as long as it isnt some sort of ridiculous surge patterson should be fine on that front. Only places ive ever seen flood there is the neighborhoods behind the train tracks.

The only answer to this is "if the distance from your house to the base of the tree is less than the height of the tree"
It is. The previous owner had the house for 50+ years and the house is still standing. I hope the luck continues.

I hope that euro is wrong. I don’t want LC to deal with this. Hit anywhere else but LC.

Figured it had to be commercial, but those percentages are typically negotiable.
I opted for 3% for homeowners, for example. If he can afford 55k, the higher deductible is the better bet typically.
