Worked for a company based out of CA. We paid an entire department unbelievable amounts of money to put out training modules to tacitly tell everyone that being a straight white guys was inherently evil. So glad I don’t have to deal with that anymore.

No it is not….Trump will swing too far in the opposite direction and, in a few years, it will swing in the wrong direction again.

If we do like the Democrats we can go so far to the right that the new norm will be center right.
I say we do that, maybe even further, at all costs.

I don't believe for a second that DEI is dead. All the people working in DEI roles in government or the private sector will just have their titles and roles changed and moved around their organizations. It will take years if not decades for this bullshite to end and it never will totally end.

I sat in a seminar once where a DEI Department Head for a major bank straight up said it was his goal within 5 years to get the bank to lend to minorities despite credit scores or income qualifications. Scared the hell out of me because it sounded like a financial train wreck waiting to happen of that plan was actually implemented.

A couple months ago people started pulling down pronouns.
I think if you ever used a prounoun you should be ridiculed until you die for that. That is some of the most pussy shite I have ever read in human history that people actually allowed.
