It's a tough, inexpensive, beater watch. I would buy again. Make sure you get the 40% off they are always running.

Really.

If you're diving a computer, it's dynamic and accounting for your actual dive. You can't safely switch to tables in the middle of the dive or even after your first dive of the day.

The only way it would work is if you were diving tables to begin with and had a computer as your backup, which you wouldn't do either because you would have a computer that gives you a much better dive.

I see. I've clearly been out of it for a while.

It’s a monster.

I can cut back on some weight if I go diving with it.

You might need to eject from that to safely reach the surface in the event of an emergency !

Rolex SeaDwellers are 1500+ meters. Watch will be fine. The wearer will expel his innerts like a sea cucumber though. And brains will fill his dive mask, chasing after his eyeballs.

I wore a Bulova that cost about that much with fewer features. A high end watch is on my bucket list but I would never actually take it in the ocean

I have a Tag Aquaracer that I've had for 17 years that I'm convinced is indestructible, rarely take it off during waking hours

I'm probably that watch snob. And I own 2 deep blue watches. I think you get a lot of bang for the buck with them.

I have one and it serves as a beater. It's a pretty heavy and thick case, so not as comfortable as most of my other watches. Solid for the price.

Nope, won’t use as a real diver. But I love the look of dive watches. The idea of the sapphire appeals because I won’t have to take it off everytime I’m working outdoors, on the car, etc.

They are thick (15-16mm) so the 40mm wears larger. But Im not a fan of watches bigger than 42mm for myself. I think I’ll pick up one of these, if I like it maybe another. At $150 don’t guess I can lose.

Thanks for the feedback, pics, etc.

There is nothing wrong with that watch for that price. Some of these micro brands get crazy with the pricing, and only offer a low end Miyota movement under the hood. That one has a Seiko movement, which is pretty reliable and durable. As long as they don't want more than a few hundred, its a decent deal. The big problem comes down the road as many of these companies go under, although any watchmaker can service it.

Finding one is the problem. They are a dying breed.

I have a really awesome automatic dive watch from a cool company that runs about $400 with a titanium bracelet. No way I would post it on TigerDroppings though.

I like to have things no one else has.
