I have a solution.
Offer a one time $1500 and a free vasectomy for anyone willing to go they the procedure for the quick cash. Most who would be desperate enough for that cash, probably shouldn’t be having children...

Agreed. The easiest way to achieve that goal is for higher quality people to raise higher quality children. Unfortunately, higher quality people aren't making that choice.

Well it takes effort to raise a child into a responsible and reasonably productive adult. Which is why so few actually do it. On the other hand it's a mature responsible decision to not have children if you can not commit to putting forth that effort. Also a trait of almost exclusively white people. (In the US at a least) Other races could learn a valuable lesson from that.

Unaffordable Housing
Interest Rates going back up (Not entirely bad but can be a constraint)
Education Costs STILL RISING
Wage Growth
This all comes back to bite us in the arse at some point baws.

The fertility rates for whites, blacks, and Asians in the US is basically identical. Even Hispanics are having children at slightly more than the replacement level.
I agree it takes responsibility to not have a kid you cannot support, but there are plenty of people who can support children financially and still choose not to have them. That's fine, but don't sit back and wonder why things are changing in society when you're not doing your part.

Even without all that, some people just don’t want kids yet. The old thought of “I want to have kids when we’re ready.”

Yes, but that's only a recent trend in other races. White fertility rates are actually up since 1980 while all other races are down.
My main point is the easiest way to impact society for the greater good it so raise good children in a good home. Unfortunately very few people are willing to do it anymore.

Fair enough, but biologically speaking I believe after 35 you increase the risk of a bad pregnancy. I'll have to double check that though. The point is mother nature doesn't give you all day.
