They have free reign there because the government allows them too.
...and again, how many of those governments are white?
The point being is that the original claim that if white people suddenly disappeared Africa would become some shining beacon of prosperity is laughable.
Africa doesn't have a white people problem. Africa has a corrupt government problem among its nations.
