Dealerships putting their website on a sticker on back window of a vehicle is annoying

Last few cars Ive bought I tell them to remove it and they get all butthurt. I tell them to remove it or knock $1000 off. No free advertising for you. They then remove it

A small decal on back left is fine but these huge website stickers are trashy AF

No stickers at all. Even the small ones

Clay Cooley in Dallas has started putting massive COMESEECLAY.COM stickers across the rear windows.

Gregg Orr in Shreveport used to be pretty bad too with the website, decal and plate frame.

I'll leave the plate frame if it's nice quality (metal) but I even want the small decal off

Pretext for getting pulled over if it obstructs the registration sticker

I’ve noticed those on vehicles. To me it’s a terrible idea because I know I’m not alone when I say that I’d not buy a vehicle from a dealership based solely on the fact I don’t want a huge window decal advertising their dealership. I can deal with the little decal on the tailgate. But a big window decal? Nope. Not even worth my time. I’ll buy from elsewhere.

I'm in Texas, we don't have those. It's all in one with the inspection on the front window

One of the first things I do when I get a new car home is peel that shite off and rub the spot down with Goo B Gone.

Making them take it off is more satisfying

Worst are the ones that put a sticker right back on when you take it in for service.

I remove it because the gorillas will use a razor blade and frick up the paint.

Hair dryer or heat gun for 20 seconds or so and it peals right off. No sticker is immune to heat.

I tell them they can leave it on if they pay me monthly to advertise for them.

Bought a truck last Friday
Did most of the paperwork Thursday, when I went back they had the website across the back glass
As soon as I got home I peeled it off, wasn’t even stuck on good

I told them no stickers, plate frames, etc. when I bought last year. Thankfully they complied.
