Compare that to the Texas shooting.

Shooter charging at cops, cops stand ground and take him down right before he enters a crowded bar.

And in Texas it was school children.
And you still want to make excuses for them?

Dayton Ohio police take down active shooter as he is entering a bar

There was another one in Toronto today too.

Teen with a rifle was heading toward a school and police were called, they arrived, engaged, and killed him….and these were mounty motherfrickers probably riding moose and shite

The cops acted quickly in this one. Could have been much worse. Dude killed his own sister too.

There is an entire subgroup of teen males that are ready to explode.

This problem isn’t going away.

A bunch of disconnected youths that want to lash out at the world.

and the bald unarmed bouncer was injured holding the door shut as the shooter approached.

but Texas cops stand outside listening to kids get slaughtered for an hour.

This sounds like Russian disinformation.

Biden said mass school shootings only happen in America.

This needs to be reported to the Ministry of Disinformation immediately!

You realize 2 cops engaged shooter 4 minutes after he walked in unlocked school door at 11:40am right??

I think it took too long to arrive at school after 11:32am 911 call after wreck and getting out with a gun going towards school and want to know more about situation with cops at school over next 15 to 20 minutes after those 2 cops engaged him and before the school even notified parents about active shooter, but “ Dayton, Ohio police take down active shooter - engaged in 1 minute, not 1 hour” is a very disingenuous subject.

They decided long ago how they would react if this day ever came.

These Texas cops signed up to eat donuts and hand out tickets, knowing that if this day ever came that they would just take a powder and that the worst thing that would happen they lose their job.

The Dayton cops made up their minds long ago how they would react, which was to man up and do their jobs.

Those police shot two civilians in all that
quote:

The nine dead include six males and three females, six black and three white. Four of the dead were in their 20s, four more were in their 30s and one was 57. Two of the victims who died were also shot by police.

9 people died and the police shot two of them but good job I guess.

The 2 that were shot by police were already killed by the active shooter.
They were already dead.

Maybe change your subject then because my post was about your implication that no cops at Robb engaged killer for an hour, but nice attempt to selectively quote my post.

Since you mentioned 20 cops standing outside, were there 20 cops at school at 11:44am?

I think it’s the fight or flight instinct.

You can train aggression, but some people will naturally run to conflict, without any prompting, and others will run from it. And the average police force probably has a lot of people who actually fit into the second category.

Spin it however you want.

The video of the parents begging the cops to enter the building speaks for itself.

Armed cops wearing Kevlar are too cowardly to enter the building, while preventing unarmed parents from entering the building.

Same thing happened at Parkland.
Coward cops stood outside while unarmed football coaches ran into the building to save kids.

I agree that these are not the same situations at all and not really comparable. However, an hour and a half is too long. I don't think an officer should engage alone, but that was not the issue here.
