Got a few protesters who get out of hand that are most likely out of towners and then BRPD swoops in with the swiftness and nips it in the bud.

No it's bc LEO has been allowed to handle them accordingly! Unlike other places (Baltimore, Ferguson, etc) where the head officials basically gave LEO orders to stand down and let the trash run wild

The protestor types and liberals on twitter have been throwing a shite fit about the police response. The other police departments have caved in to that. Fortunately so far BRPD has not.
