Chapelle. President Black Bush was epic. Clayton Bigsby and Tyrone Biggums are classics.

Chris Rock doesn't have as many skits/routines that are widely recognized as pop culture references 10 years later.

I mean I like Chris Rock. He's pretty funny, but Dave Chapelle is a billion times funnier than Chris Rock.
