Hit and quit single moms, period.
Why deal with another man's children? Why deal with a woman who may have made bad life choices? Why bail out a single mom who is likely looking for financial security from you?
Men can still find good looking single women in our 30's and even 40's. In fact, we are likely in our prime around 30-40. Why settle for baggage when other better, younger options are available to you?

Now widows are a different story. Completely different. Usually much better and better circumstances. You don't have an ex to fool with and if it really works out, you can adopt the kids if everyone is cool with it.

Agreed especially if you are young. I have friends that love going after single moms because they are easy to put out. They are in their late 20s why would they want to deal with that bullshite.

if a woman is single hasnt been married or has kids and they are in their 30s-40s then there is something else wrong with them that you may want to stay away from

Never date a woman with kids. If things go south and the kids turn on you, you can end up in jail on a molestation charge shockingly easily.

When you get to a certain age, just about all the single women you meet have at least one kid. It takes a different approach and more patience to make it work definitely.

This is very true. Unfortunately though, the tables can get turned too. The really young girls just want to play with you for a while and then move on. God, it sucks dating in your 30s.

On a different note single moms with kids are sometimes the best ones to trust. Most of them have their own place, own car, jobs, and is tired of all the BS/players looking only for a piece of arse.
They're not looking for someone to take care of them just someone who isn't scarred off by her kids and wants to be with her not only for sex but because you want to have a relationship. Beware of crazy ex's and family.
Although if her kids don't like you then well your screwed. Literally.
