I've been married for 30 + years, so I have no experience at this, but here's my advice. At least starting out, until you figure things out and build your confidence, don't date locally. You're only a couple of hours from Destin, P'cola and Panama City, find women down there whether it be on an app or a professional (tryst.link). Don't use your real name or current city on the app, make it look like you live in one of the aforementioned cities. Get a hotel room for the weekend down there. A date at somewhere like the FloraBama will probably take some pressure off as you won't feel as pressured to keep her entertained.
If no kids look at taking a trip to Thailand, PI or even South America. Asain women are where it's at. They will treat you like a king and will never say no.
