Should have never been released after the first few felonies.

Why was he allowed out of any prison?

Why do people continue to believe a person like this can be rehabilitated?

How people with this kind of record aren’t locked under the jail is crazy. He’s proven multiple times he’s incapable of being a productive member of society. Clown world

yeah after a couple of the felony arrests he should have been hit in the head with a framing hammer.

Simple, cheap and effective.

Gotta say, I’m a big fan of the officer leaving no doubt with emptying his rounds to ensure the threat was neutralized

How does someone like this get to continue living life outside of prison?

Black Lives Matter/SJW narrative is blacks are locked up for life for basic traffic violations

Yep.

If a judge made any ruling to release him early, give him some sort of lower sentencing, etc., they should be held accountable for recidivism at this point.

Agree. True believers are screwing up and need to be held accountable.

Emptied the magazine because of adrenaline and because there were at least two other individuals.

Completely justified and the other two should count blessings they are alive today.

. We should be locking more people up, not less.

This can’t be said enough. The myth that we incarcerate people at too high a rate or for minor weed violations is retarded.

Soros sponsored judges and DAs own this. We need to remove their immunity and let victims sue them into bankruptcy.

If only this poor victim was given "the talk" by his mother he might be alive today.

Maybe people should be capped at 2 felonies, and then it's life without parole.

GOT-DAMNED that mag dump made me yell at my phone. frick! that was aggravating to watch. I would not want to be a cop for any amount of money.

Just to be clear, I was pleased with the mag dump into the shitbag.
