Nearly 40-50% of all Union Members in the trades and factories are hunters, and would cripple the Liberals if they tried to take their guns. They don't speak, they go out and vote.
They are the ying to the lefts antigun yang. They would guarantee any bills by Liberals for gun shite, would get voted down or those libs voted out.
These are the Liberals the Left hate to admit are part of their base, but they will turn on the libs if they try to take their guns. They love them some hunting and fishing.
While at Chrysler, when deer season started, they would call in 3-4K part timers to work and fill in for all the hunters. They might vote Dem, but they ain't letting anyone take their shite.
Which is why this,"they finna take our guns", stuff by the Right is silly.

You're describing normal liberal type people, not some small faction of the left. Liberals are surely proud of this part of their party, as they represent the hardworking middle class they are trying to help.
I get your point though. The very small group of people even talking about repealing the 2nd amendment would have a hard time succeeding because of the moderates in the party.
