How was Candice double dipping? Who paid her health insurance, attendance at meetings, etc.? Which students got preference in times available for consults?

Is this going to be Tate DEI 2.0?
Forgive me if I’m not getting what you’re saying. But if I’m reading it correctly it looks like he fired a teacher from being overly radical online, celebrating charlie Kirk being killed?
How is firing a self proclaimed “agitator” DEI?

Serious question
Was Dalton defending her post about Charlie Kirk or did he fire her for it?

This was my question.
Or was the insinuation that Dalton hired her to begin with, and/or created the Gender and Race department she worked in.

Is this a serious question? Seems pretty clear he wasn’t defending it, and if he has been, there’s no way Landry would have wanted him here (I’m assuming Landry had some say-so).
I hope he comes in and wipes DEI out of LSU as much as possible, including getting rid of the “testing optional” admissions.

Nearly one week later, on Sept. 17, Auburn University President Christopher Roberts announced in a post to X that the school was terminating some employees for making social media posts that were “hurtful, insensitive and completely at odds with Auburn’s values.”
quote:
Candice Hale, who worked in the Department of Gender and Race Studies, sued Mohler, Barefield College of Arts and Sciences Dean Joseph Paul Messina, Executive Vice President and Provost James Dalton, and Department Chair of Gender and Race Studies, Utz McKnight.

quote:
Roberts also did not say the specific subject matter of the social media posts that led to the terminations but said “actions that endorse, glorify or trivialize violence undermine” the responsibility of employees at the university to “foster a civil, respectful, and supportive campus environment.”
That same day, Chris Hardman, a behavioral threat assessment coordinator at the university, sent Hale an email to coordinate a Teams meeting with himself and Scott Forehand, the director of compliance, investigations, and security, according to Hale’s complaint.
During the meeting the two questioned Hale about the internet posting, asking her how students who were in the University’s Turning Point USA chapter would feel about her comments and how she would interact with white male students if they identified themselves with Kirk’s views, according to Hale.
She says they also asked her if she had access to firearms or had any intent to harm anyone in the Turning Point USA chapter at Auburn.
Hale told the pair she did not have any weapons and did not know there was a Turning Point USA chapter on the campus.
According to the complaint, Forehand and Hardman indicated to Hale that the meeting was not related to any Human Resources purpose and that their purpose was to determine if she was a threat to the safety of the school, or if she herself was in danger.

Great...so we got the general manager of the Dollar General to run the Canes Empire.

LSU had a guy whose research revolved around CRT running LSU main campus LSUHSC NO LSU HSC S and Pennington.
We now have a guy who has been the inventor on over 400 patent applications running those institutions.
That’s my thoughts.
Massive upgrade.
