Yea me too Darth. If this woman doesn’t get some serious jail time, I might hop a Greyhound to Dallas and help riot. Any person in this country should be able to mind their own business in their abode and not have some ditzy strumpet come in their home and shoot them.

It’s easier than you think. You get in an elevator, hit the button for your floor, then check your texts or something like that without noticing that somebody else accidentally pressed the button for another floor, or maybe you just mistakenly pressed the wrong button without thinking. The door opens and you walk out without looking up, same exact carpet and wall color, same floor plan, same everything. The only difference is the numbers on the door, but you hardly ever look at them. As I mentioned, it’s a pretty frequent occurrence at big apartment complexes.

Anything less than life or the death penalty some will think that justice failed.
I followed this story when it first happened and there a lot of false facts that were floating around.
I can't remember did they ever prove that is was the cop that had a problem with him playing his music too loud the day before?

Am I the only one who kinda wants to see her get off just to see the mental gymnastics liberals would do when commenting on it?
Would there be a head on collision of feminists vs black lives matter?
ETA "giggity" after get off

Or you are just a huge Ahole that hates authority like your post sounds like, and you pissed off the judge so they punished you?
You know arrest warrants come out before you see a judge, right? Bonds are set on the arrest warrant, so had in fact not even appeared in front of a judge. But would you like me to link the story about my arresting officer being caught with hydrocodone and boner pills 2 years prior, and getting a temporary demotion instead of misdemeanor and felony charges he earned? I've seen police cover up their frickery and still try to nail you over some weed.

You have never got off on the wrong floor before? Ever
Yeah, and every time...I realize that I'm on the wrong floor when the numbers begin with 3 instead of 2.
Another question for those of you apartment dwellers, do you often leave your main entry door unlocked? Even in the nicest apartments I would keep my shite locked 99% of the time.

Actually easy to do, especially when every floor is identical to the floor above and below it, apartment unit is in same location floor to floor.
Imagine working 12hours, tired, distracted.... I can see it.
I think she's guilty, but I can see how this can happen.

Looking at Texas law, manslaughter still carries enough time for the mistake she made. Someone is dead as a result of her actions, so she should pay a price but at the same time it's not like she'd be threat if she were let back out into society.
Not unless you lived abover/below/or next door to her.

What are you going to do?
Post 1,000 pics in a thread?

I can see that point that many of you are saying. I guess it's just my inability to not be oblivious to the immediate world around me to where that would never happen to me. I can't not look at the numbers before I go in. However, if I walked into an identical building, then it could happen.
A locked door with a key that doesn't work should prevent this though, clearly it wasn't locked. Even then I would notice someone else's shite. She had to have been highly under the influence of something. I wouldn't do that after being awake for two days straight, but I could do that if I were shite faced...must have been a lot of fudging shite in this case.

Negligent homicide or manslaughter
Murder verdict seems unlikely. Very interesting case though and I'm curious as hell to see what the jury does.

No, sadly you are probably not the only with such a stupid and demented view of things.

Yeah, I want to see someone go unpunished for wrongfully killing a man because I’m a self-serving prick

o instead of the girl framing it, the whole DPD was trying to. That's fricked anyway you slice it.
The real fricked up part was she was off duty at the time. The DPD twisted themselves into a pretzel to protect an officer that did something while off duty.
