He got exposed publicly. This is the absolute worst way to be exposed on a trial for the country to see.

How does someone on a cop's salary afford a defense attorney in a murder case ? It's probably 3-400K or more.

It’s not just directed at this moronic woman, it’s that someone this fricking stupid was allowed to be a cop, and acted incompetently in quite a few steps that resulted in the death of someone which is entirely her own fault, and then acted incompetently in the immediate moments after her ridiculous act. There are a TON of cops out there like this and is fans the flames of the distrust of law enforcement because she represents incompetency from a source that most want and honestly need to trust.

She is a trained professional to deal with high pressure, life or death situations. She not only made a mistake that cost a man his life, she didn't take steps to correct that mistake. Her first action was to cover her own arse and not help the man she just shot on accident. She is trash, and if it was up to me she would be on death row.

I'm going to be honest with you. I could understand a lot of mess ups. I can understand walking into the wrong place, not realizing it and shooting at the guy. In theory, I can understand all of that.
That said, I cannot get behind her letting the guy bleed and die while she texted her frick buddy. I cannot get behind her calling 911 and only showing concern for the potential loss of her job.
So, while a lot of the other stuff may be circumstantial. The second part is pretty straight forward.

I mean, she killed a guy. I'm sure his family will feel great that she probably won't kill anyone else.
I'm not anti-police by any means, but what she did took someone's life, did so with extreme recklessness and then she destroyed evidence after. I don't think it's shocking to say she should face 12-15.

The prosecutors fricked up with charging her with murder. Shouldve been manslaughter and its and open/closed case. Send her to jail for 5-10 years.
What she did was wrong and she needs to be punished.

They can convict on a lower charge.

I think that anyone serving 10 years along side her likely deserved it more then she did. I haven’t been paying any attention to the case outside of this thread as far as the smaller details.
I don’t see a reason for her to do more then 15 years. Probably something like 8-15 with early parole allowed.
I’m not saying she is a good person, I’m saying every person every day serving 10+ years likely did something just as similarly disgusting and dumb.
