Where is Dallas do you live? I live in East Dallas and have the opposite opinion although sure, traffic is bad if you have to drive at rush time. Otherwise its fairly easy to get around. I am friends with immigrants and americans and americans that are not white so maybe those people don't want to interact with you.

traffic is bad in Dallas all of the time, doesn't matter what day of the week, time of the day, Dallas traffic sucks for a relatively small populous, ironically they're been working on/improving certain sections of the roads in the area
for about 60 years, with no visible signs of progress

I drive all over the south
Atlanta, Austin and Houston traffic is way worse. Chicago, LA and DC in another league

There is literally almost any kind of city/town within the DFW area. You can live in one and not have much to do with the other ones. If you can't live really close to work, commute cross town instead of to the city center.
Just move to Fort Worth and get a job somewhere over there but don't tell anybody I told you, they would get pissed, they like all the transplant yahoos overwhelming the Dallas side.

wtf, how damn stupid are you? Dallas has so much to do that I have friends from Australia in town this week that are staying with us. There’s so much we want to do that we prob won’t fit it in in just one week before they head out to Nashville. Are you just a hermit, not really trying, or trying to troll everyone? Because no one is this stupid.

Somehow their weather is worse than Houston's weather but I will say that the surrounding reservoirs of Dallas are probably the best for bass fishing in the country.

Traffic is only bad if you have to pick up/drop off kids from school or commute for work
Wow, what a relief!

You are right.
Jimmy Buffet knew it.

Take it from me, pass it by.”

And they supposedly have "America's Team" there. Screw them.

Dallas is basically a desert if you're from Louisiana. I can just picture the many times I've been in Dallas in August. Not a speck of green grass on tons of lawns. The locustes. The GD locustes in that 110 degree heat making that intoxicating "rayrrrr rurrrr rayrrrrr rurrrrr" while you're pouring sweat.
I would rather live in a 200 sq ft apartment in today's age with A/C than live in a Highland Park mansion in 1900 with no A/C in Dallas. That'd be hell on earth.

If H1B visas aren't reigned in then Dallas will be overtaken by Indians in the next 25 years similar to how Canada has been.
North Dallas County and Collin Counties are basically New New Dehli at this point. You have entire neighborhoods and elementary schools that are over 90% Indian.
I had to leave the area because the tech job market in the area has become a race to the bottom. Didn't want to move to South Florida but at least Miami hasn't been infiltrated by Indians yet

I have a feeling India as a country is in for a major awakening when AI creeps just a bit further along making everything they focus on obsolete.

AI is absolutely a threat to tech jobs
If by AI you mean Actually Indians. The real threat to tech jobs in the US.
My last job (in the DFW area) let me go to hire an Indian for 1/3 my pay after BCG's recommendation. My replacement lasted 2 months before they realized he sucked balls and tried to get me back but I had already moved to Miami for my next job and said no thanks.
The biggest lie is that H1Bs are just as capable as US born & educated tech workers which just isn't true. The actually competent H1Bs and overseas candidates get snatched up by the top tier tech companies. The rest get routed through scam consultancy firms and get hired through fake resumes and cheating on interviews.
I hired for a role in my current company last May and of the 550 applicants only 10 weren't Indian
