It will probably take a while. I’m right behind by Lakewood CC and this area is exploding.

No, the brain trust here has concluded that those seven figure homes being built are about to be slums.

No, it’s just an area of town with a strip of bars and restaurants. Good nightlife and fun to day drink there as well. Artsy, but not Austin hippie artsy.

After living in Houston for 12 years, yes, Dallas is a helluva lot better.

Just wait. Both of those are expanding their way up to Dallas.

I love how people who have never lived in either city or even experience living in an actual city, other than BR or NOLA, say things like this, like they know what they’re talking about.

Been to is the keyword. That’s not LIVED in. I’ve BEEN to Toronto, LA, and Boston, but that doesn’t give me the right to say it’s better than or worse than cities I’ve actually lived in. Also, Orlando is smaller in population than even New Orleans and only has what, Disney? GTFO kid.

This is true in general but there are areas in Dallas that have some funk and charm. Bishop Arts/ Kessler area, Little Forest Hills, Lower Greenville area although it is quickly being devoured by the $800k soviet architecture townhouses. I live in this area and its kind of like living in a small town since everything I need is in a 1 mile radius.
