Pretty sure that was just some idiot and when the cops noticed him in the crowd they arrested him.

That sounds right to me. And 9 of the 10 officers were shot in the initial sniper-style shootings. The other in the standoff.

Jesse Jackson now says Donald trump is partially to blame for Dallas. That's according to Fox commentator.

All we know for sure is that there's one dead suspect. The others may or may not turn out to have been involved. Too early to tell.
