Suspect is saying he wants to kill more cops and that bombs are in place all over garage and downtown. No comfort level that all suspects are accounted for.

For the record, this is why you don't just shoot and kill a suspect when you can otherwise take him in alive and find out what else may be occurring and who else was alive.

DPD presser: still in a standoff with suspect in garage, trying to communicate with him, but he is not cooperative. Chief says they "have plans to end it." Barricaded suspect sounds like he wants to go out in a blaze of glory. They also have a female suspect in custody, and stopped a mercedes with other possible suspects. "Not comfortable" that they have all suspects accounted for.
