What does the OT think of baws that use 2+ machines at once? Fair to go in and use one that said person is using or no?
Was working out and ole baw was using 3 different machines and I didn't know being he was laying on one. So went change up the weights on a different one and ole baw came running and caught an attitude. Was about to have set him straight but he saw my knuckles and backed off

I will use two at once but if someone takes one while I'm not at it I understand.

Depends on the crowd size.

If he's using 3 different machines at once, one of those is fair game. Sounds like you almost let him punk you, in which case, ownership would then go back to ol baw. Should have told him to meet you at Sonic.

2 is a bit understandable so long as they are being courteous and quick about it.
3 is retarded and loses all rights to everything.

Should've shown him your weiner

3 machines in any scenario is a toolbag move, but depending on how crowded it is answers whether it is acceptable or not

They have a guy at my gym that comes in and loads up the leg press machine, then gets dumbells in various weights and positions them around the gym and does a circuit with them. He doesn't say anything when I go grab his dumbbells or change his weight in the leg press machine though.

Screw this. If you're doing circuits, do them at non peak times or build a home gym.
If it's busy, it's not a circuit day.
Also, people that don't unrack their weights are the lowest of the low.

If it's not crowded I may superset dumbbell press and the lat pull down machine or dumbbell curls and cable tri extensions. However, if someone jumps on the machine/cable while I'm away that's fair.
Most people that are douches are cool with letting each other work in a set.

Exactly. I'll rock a couple at a time and if someone jumps in on one that's my problem not theirs.
Sounds like you should have gotten into a baw- down

You should be able to mimic exercise on another way.

I might be off but I feel that if you have to use two machines, you don't know how to lift.

Almost as bad as the Asians who wear cargo shorts, Polos, and Chucks while working out for 20 mins while spending 2 hours in the locker room taking up space.

Dude, you don't get guns like this with just one curl machine. Now go do your knee bends someplace else.

Could be worse.
I dead lift before my leg press session. Since the machines are close, I unrack the weights onto the leg press.
But then I do sets of 5 adding 50lbs each set. Removing 45s and adding 25s back And forth.
By the time I'm done I've stolen another 305lbs from the surrounding stacks.
I get odd looks. And no one ever asks me to leave weights on the leg press like in the power rack...so then I have to unrack that bullshite.

There's a clown at my gym who comes out on the gym floor with two gym bags and a gallon jug of water (one of those guys) and puts them on different pieces of equipment to reserve them and then starts chatting up chicks. When I initially picked up on it I would go use one of those pieces of equipment and he would immediately run over to tell me he was using it. I would say "no you weren't" and keep using it and he would gradually wander off. He still does it and a few months ago I heard some young kid yell at him "you're the biggest douchebag in the gym" and they almost came to blows.
