for all inquiring....I need it to pull a small trailer around a field and drag a pond boat to a local pond. It will double as a vehicle the kids can use to get to their friends. And if durable enough ride through dedicated trails or beach sand at the camp. Meanwhile. yes, need the stealthy-ness of a non-gas powered vehicle and ease of use for kids. It may also sit up too long to maintain the gas motor properly. Batteries are an ok expense. Any better options in that $5k range?

As of last July. It's really been a game changer for beach activities.

C'mom, man.

Life is too short to drive boring vehicles.

You should probably not let your kids use it to drive around to their friends. First, it's one of the most annoying things in the world. You know why they don't let kids drive? Because they aren't responsible enough to, so giving them a shittier version of a car with less safety features isn't exactly parent of the year material. Kid was killed in a neighborhood I was living in. Luckily that sent a message and the use went down, at least while I was still living there.

Now off of my soap box..........

thanks Gaston, you got the right idea of the question. Not looking for something tacky. Just serve the function properly for the least cost. I think that's why I'd need the tires. I am concerned if there's enough torque in one of these EZ-go's to pull a trailer or make it through a decent trail??

Yes, was also my dilemma. Not sure if 13-14 years old can still handle the responsibility. It may be a drop off tool.

That's awesome. I'm guessing they are limiting to just golf carts.

No 4 wheelers?

I was driving a car around Mandeville at 14 but that was back when there was a thing called personal responsibility. That wouldn't happen today.

Compared to craigslist, yea, but I bought it from a cart dealer in town. They were within a $100 of the two other places who do this close. It comes straight from a golf course, but he swapped the body panels for another color he had in stock. It lived as a green cart at the Preserve, but he offered any color, he usually changes the shells for the custom models. Not getting the custom touches means he doesn't make his normal profit, you could get it cheaper if you add a few thousand in options.
