The treasure is getting to dig a bunch of shite up with huge equipment with your brother...
Kinda ofike the wings episode where the estranged Hackett brothers brought back together by their dad who left them a "treasure". After a long drawn out scavenger hunt it led them to the airport where a suitcase was in a locker. Inside was a picture of them when they were kids ....

I have watched every episode. No treasure but there is odd out olace stuff there.

I'm sure at this point Discovery is underwriting the entire operations so... what do they have to lose? If Discovery paid me to dig a giant hole at my camp, I would. And I'd milk it as long as I could.
