Anybody else watch this on Discovery?

Waste of time and money or treasure waiting to be found?

Question has been asked every season. They found a piece of wood. Has to be wood that Jesus made.

I look at it this way. Even if they never find the “treasure”, they have found some pretty interesting artifacts already. Definitely enough has been found to make me believe something major happened there a long time ago.

You understand these shows aren’t live right?

If something were ever found we would have heard about it by now.

Doesn’t mean they won’t. Only that they haven’t yet. I’m thinking, Arc of the Covenant.

You ever heard of a non-disclosure agreement? I had a cousin who was finalist on the Voice and no one knew about it until the show aired several months later.

It’s possible they will, but this idea that you have to tune in every week because this time they just might find something is ridiculous. You already know they won’t.

They have said since the start that the legend says 1 more person has to die before they find the fat treasure. I think they need a volunteer.

I did for a season or two, but it didn't take long to realize it was just a clickbait show.

I’m hoping they find my virginity. I lost it a long time ago.

Oak Island was right in the prime cod fishing grounds back in the day. I have a feeling after some research they are finding the remnants of a cod fishing station.

Anything they find would have to be declared with the Canadian government. I doubt a non-disclosure agreement would cover that.
