$11,168 per year

Mine would nearly triple per month. And that's for the silver plan whatever that is. I want the best damn possible coverage for my kids but upgrading probably wouldn't be feasible. No thanks.

$11,168 per year
Do you have any idea what the plan design of the plan that costs that much would be (vs. an existing plan you may have now)?
Do you have any idea of the network of doctors & hospitals you would be able to go to (vs an existing plan you may have now)?
Are you aware that that premium would be taxable to you (as opposed to a group plan which is paid with nontaxable premium)?
Etc.
If you currently have med insurance thorugh your er & you really look at the apples to apples cost through the exchange for similar coverage you have through your employer now, I can almost promise you that your jaw would drop.
Unless, of course, you are being subsidized by gov't (b/t 100% & 400% of FPL), but someone is paying for that.

Not eligible.
I have a job.
ETA:
If I take the employee coverage option off, it's $6000 a year for my wife and I. Neither us have any health problems. That's over 500 a month. That's my car note.

Me and Mrs. Couyon would have to pay $10680 per year in premiums with a $6300 deductible each $12,600 family.
But we have maternity coverage.
:
I'm 63 mrs C is 56. Neither can procreate. And I gotta pay for baby factories .
Also, I read somewhere that another hammer is going to fall when existing policies will have to match the aca plans. How much will that raise premiums on all the employer provided policies.
Eta again : also those of you with excellent employer plans will have to pay added taxes on the value of the benefit. A certain poster I know will have to pay taxes on an additional $19,000 income this year. Pelosi said we gotta pass it to find out what's in it. It's passed and I don't think most of us know yet what's there.

Current employer plan cost me $150/month. For equal Obamacare (silver) coverage $300/month. Bronze (shite) $200/month. FYI I'm a nursing student working part time at the hospital and made $12000 last year. So he expects me to pay $300 out of the $750-800 I clear a month.

Would not qualify. Even if I take my wife's income out.
I'd like to see a comparison of these plans vs military family plans - cost and benefit, but I'm betting I'd be extremely pissed.

I still use my military family plan. It's 204 a month, and that's after it doubled in January. Still pretty much covers the same stuff with only a small deductible.

For equal Obamacare (silver) coverage $300/month
at that income level & the cost of your employer insurance, you would be eligible for a subsidy (if you are working >30 hr/wk)?
FWIW, I suspect that it doesn't since you are barely over 100% of the FPL.
Also, FWIW, income is not the only measure for subsidy qualification.
I.e. an very low income person who owns land or has other forms of wealth...that would be measured against their "income" for subsidy purposes.

Won't show me the"gold"plan premium, so I don't care. The silver is less benefit than I have now.

$2,800/year. Silver plan. Just me.
My high deductible employer plan with an HSA costs me $180 per year, not counting whatever I put into my HSA.
Dunno what it costs my employer though.
Seems pretty reasonable to me. I think that is probably a bit less than my employer pays.

that's incorrect. modified adjusted gross income is used:

My monthly premium for my family would be $550. I could get one a little cheaper but those deductibles are ridiculous.
My premium would basically double

2700 premium for a single perfectly healthy male of 24
I know my parents said theirs would more than double
