I have no issue when a very brief and minor celebration.
That guy was sort of going overboard reacting so quickly to each student. I would let each individual have their brief moment. I feel they earned it. Not everyone is going to act a fool and that's fine too. It should balance itself out.
With that said, it's not racism. That is such a faux cry and simply click bait/viewership material. Not a huge deal. Florida apologized and everyone graduated. The people crying racism over every single thing that goes on are only further dividing. They don't care though as they are often the actual prejudice.
This is so stupid. IF each student were allowed a brief celebration, say 3 seconds, a group of 3,000 graduating student would add another 2.5 hours to the ceremony. Graduations are long enough without idiots adding another two and a half hours to it.
This will eventually end with the University cancelling the entire ceremony.

I was naked under my gown and quite inebriated at my graduation ceremony after deciding it was a good idea to not go to bed the night before the 8 AM gathering.
But at least I walked the frick off the stage quickly. Waiting for 30 minutes just for all the names to be called is miserable.
