That guy was sort of going overboard reacting so quickly to each student. I would let each individual have their brief moment. I feel they earned it. Not everyone is going to act a fool and that's fine too. It should balance itself out.
That’s only something like an additional two hours tacked on to a graduation ceremony that is likely followed by another graduation ceremony.
But whatever.

I think a lot of schools have regular graduation and the BSA has a separate one for blacks only so they can dougie and dab all they want.

I remember when I graduated, before they called out the names they pleaded for everyone to hold their cheering and clapping until the very end. Of course, when certain people got their names called, the family members hooted and hollered and delayed the next name from being called out.
You can imagine by the end when it got to Washington, people were pretty pissed off.

Don’t know if it is still the case but LSU used to just give you the empty purple cover on stage. You didn’t get the document until you went back stage and turned in the cap and gown. No one told me and I stopped on the far end of the stage and was staring into the empty cover when some faculty guy pushed me along and told me to get moving. I guess it was because I was a skinny white kid. He would never have pushed a big black football player like that. Racist!
FWIW. I thought I must have not graduated due to a missing credit or something. I was in complete shock.

How about next year they have a ceremony immediately following the actual graduation where graduates can dance before they get their diploma.
