When I was a teenager, I’d wear two pairs of socks in the fall and winter. White pair of socks with a black pair of Nike socks where it looked like it had white trim.

Socks w/ sandals has been a thing in the fashion world for about 3 years. Usually, in a place like Louisiana, it takes 2-3 years to filter down though IG has sped that up I would guess.
