Crest White Strips - Tooth sensitivity

Does anyone know how to prevent or combat tooth sensitivity after the use of Crest White strips? I tried out them for the first time last night (the basic, 10 strips, 30 minutes) and woke up this morning with tooth sensitivity.

I’m not sure there’s anything you can do about it other than manning up. I mean how bad is it? Did you leave the strips on longer than you were supposed to?

That shite has fricked up my teeth every time I've tried them. I can't even use the whitening mouthwash without having tooth sensitivity.

Sensodyne and fluoride mouthwash.

Drink a very hot cup of coffee or something, then immediately swish ice cold water through your teeth.

Fight through it. It'll be that way for your first few uses. It'll go away eventually. Be strong and you'll come out the other side a better person with a better smile.

The fact that your teeth are sensitive indicates that the bleach is working.
When a woman asks me if bleaching is painful, I look at their shoes prior to answering. If they are wearing high heels, it tell them it doesn’t hurt since pain for them is normal.

Crest sells a version for sensitive teeth. I’ve used them before and had no issues.
