I'm shooting for < 50min without doing any training at all. Seriously I've went jogging less than 5 times this year.

I actually trained to get to 60 min....the. I stepped on one of my kids toys and I think my heel is bruised....im hoping to even finish if I can get the pain to subside

May retire after this year. 30 years of football, rugby, running and dominating Beam has affected my knees.
