It's my main credit card. I think I would get tired if they alerted me for every charge.
I thought I would be too.

I ain’t even tired of the messages.

You don’t want to set an amount threshold for notification because thieves try cards first at low dollar amounts to see if the account number is valid.

You’re welcomed in advance.

s an aside. I requested Apple to put a stop delivery on it. As a backup, I was able to have FedEX re-route the shipment to a FedEx office to hold it there instead.

Why not just have the package delivered and have the cops knock on the door right after its delivered

I can tell you AmEx doesn’t care about CC fraud.

I had my card # used a few years ago, reported it, and they sent me a new card but never shut down the old card number. A few months later I caught another fraudulent charge, using the old card #, and again reported it.

I bet that old card # is still valid. If somebody tries to use it again, I’m going to let it go through and refuse to pay the bill. That hasn’t been my card # for years.

Google comes up with a Evelyn Cabrera as the potential person that lives at that address, but can't find anything on facebook/online that would confirm that person as being the culprit.

You could ask

There’s a decent chance the shipping address is an innocent person.

they addressed the package to me at that address,

Same thing happened to my son a few weeks ago except they sent it to our address. The idiots created an account with Chewy using my son’s name and his debit card but forgot to change the shipping address so it came to our house.

Looks like the house is a rent to own house, and it’s been listed for 19 days, so I am assuming it’s a house no one lives in yet, so have it delivered there, and watch the house for when delivery gets dropped off and then go grab the package

You might be able to push a hookers and blow trip on your old card number.

Might as well re-hash my other credit card fraud story.

I have a card with Citi as well. They forced me to convert my card to another one of their products which meant getting a new card and number.

Before I had even received the card, I had a fraudulent charge for a papa johns pizza up in NYC. I can only imagine it was an old card number they recycled or somebody had an in to the processing facility and already yanked the card number, etc. to be used.

Seems like it's just a rental.

TruePeopleSearch.com also comes up with:

Tiesha Holland
Ricky Fields
Espejo Bertha
Mirna Y Urizar

Yep probably a rental

My dad once had a fraudulent charge in which someone paid their tuition at a local university.... not very bright.

I found on 3 different websites such as Zillow and whatnot all for rent to own and postings have been less than 3 weeks so I am guessing no one lives there currently and it’s up to be leased or rent to own

Might be a vacant house so they can steal it off the porch.

You and your buddies stake out the house and "deliver" a package on the date that it is supposed to arrive.

Looks that way.

Well at least they won't actually be receiving the item that they wanted.

Come on Fred Garffin, you are still getting billed for the old card and (maybe paying) for it. Hookers and blow.

I bet they ship it to a random address and then wait out all day at the location and wait for the package to be delivered then scoop it up and get out of there. How could you catch someone who does that?

Someone paid a 6300 hospital bill in miami with the wifes a couple months ago. Like someone paid a bill that wasn’t theirs. Idiots. Credit card fraud is rampant. Someone bought a dog in san diego with mine last summer. Credit card company just takes off charges. Surely they go after the fools.
