I would love to know how this turned out in court since she admits repeatedly to pulling out in front of him--and apparently the emergency was trash.

He should know that it doesn't matter that his truck can't stop on a dime. He should know that she has an emergency. He should know to be far enough behind so she can pull out in front of him. He should have slowed down before she even came to the intersection.
