Crazy lights over Baton Rouge

I know the sky is lit from super bright moon tonight, but I've seen some crazy stuff tonight. About 20 stars flashing red, white and green at different depths, stationary the entire team. 10 more of those moving quickly across the sky. 4 flashing very quickly and bright white only and 2 shooting stars. FTR I am not a conspiracy theorist. Anyone else seen anything. I saw this around 9 to 9:30 pm and I'm pretty sure its still going on.
