Craigslist scammer

I'm selling a washer and dryer on craigslist and immediately get a message from a person who wants to buy the set. So much so, that they are going to give me double the amount I'm asking for.
Sweet deal!
Straight away he asks for my email address and my full name. My full name...really?!
I asked for his full name in return....takes him awhile but he finally says Michael Smith. Oh what up Mike!
I've been fricking with this douche nugget since yesterday. I've made him send countless emails, informing me of his "PayPal" transaction. The email consists of a PayPal logo header with a massive url link that takes up the entire page.
Scammers really need to up their game.
Anyways, this is entertaining enough for a Wednesday. I'm going to see how long it takes for Mike to give up.

It's probably a Jamaican in a trailer somewhere in the hills (saw a documentary on this). They will go as long as it takes to get you to bite.

I'll cast a lot of stones myself, but usually I'll keep that one in the pocket too.

It's the small things in life...

The sad thing is, there's people out there who would actually fall for that shite. Otherwise they wouldn't do it.

I wasted a shite load of time because some stupid girl thought she was buying a 2011 Acura for $2500 dollars in Green Dot cards.
There are plenty of stupid people out there that will become victims. Wish I could tell them that if they aren't smart enough to use the internet they should not do business on it

Somewhere out there, some poor fellow named Michael Smith who desperately needs a washer/dryer set and has trouble using PayPal, is wondering why some guy is being a dick to him.

I've never had a issue with PayPal but today this particular transaction is on "hold." Big Mike says I gotta bring my cash to Walmarts.

So the dude who works for ESPN wants to buy your washer and dryer?
Posted on 9/27/17 at 12:17 pm to ATLsuTiger
How much do you want?
Will you hold my check until Friday?
Will you crawl up into the back of my van and help me get it loaded?

Michael Smith is a pretty common name, bro. Dude just needs to wash some clothes.

Big Mike isn't too thrilled. I didn't have time to run by the bank. We have just agreed on an even $400 via moneygram since that is all the cash I had on me.
All I need to do now is go to any Moneygram location and send the money to:
Geraldine Woodard
Sicklerville, NJ 08081
Apparently that's the person coming to pick up the washer and dryer.
I'm heading to my local Moneygram shortly.
