you claimed they don’t have enough fuel.. that’s on them and they should also have relationships that allow for generator swaps along with hardware supplies

They do dipshit. doesn't mean its foolproof or the relationships are flawless. You are truly retarded and have NO IDEA what these companies have in place

This guy must work for cox. Taking everything personally. If you think the average person knows about nodes and backup generators then lol. That’s why Cox could have easily said your internet cannot come back until power does. Never got that message. Would have answered all my questions. Instead they apparently trotted you out to message boards to demean paying customers.

Are you able to check your cox app? It will usually tell you whether there is an outage in your area and how long until it will be back on

If you have tried calling by know I am sure you are aware that it is almost impossible to get connected to a real person..

There is only one way you can easily talk to a real person.. When you select the option "add services". One time my service would go put for 5 mins, come on for 10.. Stay on for a little while then go out for like 30 mins.. I got pissed and the app told me the same thing yours is telling you now so I called them up and selected "add new services" and I got someone on the phone.. Told them the issue and from there I was transferred to about 3 different people until someone told me they didn't know anything more than what the app was telling me..

So their planning and logistics failed and I’m not allowed to question that.. maybe if they didn’t wait till today to send out proper communication to their customers people wouldn’t be irritated

Seriously. .. you admit they failed but just role over and take it in the arse without inquiry? Because they say so…Who’s the retarded one?

Kenilworth area (EBR)- phone, internet, tv all with Cox - lost all 3 about 11 pm Sunday during the storm- got all 3 back late Tuesday - working fine at the present time, but no guarantees from Cox

Again, just because something isn't foolproof or flawless doesn't mean it FAILED. You really can't see past your own nose can you?

Funny how everyone wants to demand their service be fixed immediately but fail to take even a second to think about just how difficult that is. Have some fricking patience. People who WORK for these electric, cable, infrastructure companies also have families, homes, and their own shite to take care of too.

Like I said nobody cares you can't watch onlyfans from mom's basement. People are dying and displaced in hospitals because of this but you seem to want to start a war over your service not working

Cox failed it’s simple and ok to accept. By simply not working it failed , reasons can be properly and continuously communicated to ease public perception but it undeniably failed and to an extent that’s to be expected

What happened from an outside perspective, because cox doesn’t say shite, is that they have A massive logistical failure, once again, to what extent we don’t know since they fail on a communication standpoint which is ironic at best. And if you think what I’ve done is so demanding then you’re a fricking child with no reasoning and comprehension skills

Also quit being a fricking drama queen you pussy

Grow up troll. Call cox. Can't wait till they tell you to go frick yourself.

"I didn't get communication so they failed"

What an ignorant comment. Glad they failed you and not the hospitals.

I mean how detailed do you want this to be beyond weve had extensive damage to our system and we are assessing the extent of the problem?

Anything beyond that and people would have no idea what theyre talking about, which would only result in more questions.

My internet/tv came back on today

A truck pulled down the cox line across the street from the pole to our house so once the power and cox is back up we have to get our line ran again.

I’m sorry that some of us have cognitive thoughts and questions and aren’t fricking primates who don’t question but simply accept when told to eat shite

Once again. I’ve asked questions and didn’t demand shite.

And if you could read you’d likely come to the realization that yes when something isn’t working it failed. I personally am ok with that but that doesn’t mean I can’t ask on a message board why .. since you know the company in question won’t answer

And again quit being a pussy who brings up hospitals etc…

Agreed, but you said Cox failed. Meaning the company as a whole. Don't crawfish out of it now count

Well they sent an email this afternoon that was good in explaining the issues. If that and follow up emails would have started Monday afternoon, then some of us would be able to properly prepare our own logistics .. personally was told the issue would be resolved by midnight three days in a row. Not one mention of the broad challenges faced in restoring the service. .. was also told two supposed locations where they were putting hotspots that didn’t materialize

All this isnt a big deal in the grand scheme but doesn’t mean we shouldn’t inquire

You got an email today...funny I wonder why you didn't get one Monday immediately after the storm? Maybe it's because they were assessing damage, couldn't access some areas to assess damage, we're worried about their families, etc.

If you weren't such an entitled, dumb motherfricker you might be able to see this whith a small bit of rationale.
