Cox Cable is a joke

This has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. Bill has shot up $40 dollars in the last 4 months.
This is the kicker. They won't let you change your package online anymore. They won't even let you see the different packages anymore without a live salesman on the computer with you. And on top of that only during business hours

They all suck, just stream monthly and bounce around. The streaming services are as high as a giraffes arse as well though.

You just have to know how to work Cox on the phone. It’s a pain in the arse...... but they can be dealt with.

I have just internet with Cox. They called and tried offering me some “more service for the same price offer” which I know would be temporary and they would jack up the price later. Had to be stern with them: “I like my current options, I don’t want anything else, please don’t call me”. Fortunately never heard back from them.

My parents are out in Watson, and they've had cox agents tell them directly they aren't upgrading the infrastructure with all the new homes coming in. Basically dared her to go with ATT which apparently is worse.

My cable + internet bill had never been more than $150. I let Cox talk me into taking a premium movie package deal that put my bill at $165 for a year.
When the deal expired, my bill jumped to $225. I called to have the premium channels canceled and was told that would only lower my bill to $215.
Been on streaming service for a couple years now.

What?? Missing a word there. And I’m not an alter. But you be you. I can’t fix stupid.
As for cox - got rid of them years ago when service got crappy - if I ‘upgraded’ and tripled my bill then it’d be better. Went to AT&T for all the stuff, but now only have internet with them.
