I drive about the same, not for work though. I just couldn't drive a car....guess it's what you're used to

Wife's about to get a Porsche Cayenne and I'll definitely be borrowing that thing

I'm offended by your English skills.

So you can see the obvious disconnect.

Yep.
Where you're from, most millionaires drive trucks

Where he's from, most people who want to look like they have a million dollars drive beamers and benzes. Actual millionaires have a driver.

We're moving and I plan on buying a pickup. Drove one all my life until a few years ago.

My fiance wants a Range Rover. Not really a fan.

I've already gotten used to sitting higher up now just from having a jeep for 2 years....and I drove nothing but cars before that. It felt weird last year when I had to drive a rental for a few days that was a car. I don't think I could go back to driving a car either.

And if I met someone and they drove a truck I just assumed they 1)just preferred driving a truck and/or 2)had hobbies or a job that made a truck a necessity for them.

Hey, I noticed today that all the hood "not on my street" signs are gone. Guess someone cried foul, public roads, etc.

One reason he's being down voted is because this is a subtle brag thread.

you're response should have been along the lines of;

So? Did you author the book on how to live?!

Doesn't matter what you drive to and fro from work, it's just a commute.

I am close to selling my car and buying an older model commuter car, it's just for driving to the office.

Exactly. I drive a commuter car to work during the week, and have a badass car for the weekend. The insurance on both is still less than it would be for a new Benz. Plus I have a backup if one needs to go in the shop.
I like expensive vacations more than I like expensive cars though.
