The Wal Mart in Harahan was closed for a month when a kid lit a fire there…

One of them is 17. Why wouldn’t they have been able to drive to wal mart?

I can’t fix this frick-up if one of these two were one of mine. I cannot fathom what the parents are going through tonight.

The best thing that could happen for kids like this is letting them stay in jail for about a week. Unless they are just pure frick ups they will probably never do anything stupid like that again... After having spent a week in jail.

A week in jail? That'll teach em! You're part of the problem.

A year in prison for every million in damage. And they have to work the whole time and donate every cent earned in prison to a charity of Walmart's choosing.

sad that S and Paul Allen turned to a life of crime

I always imagined Paul Allen looking like Milton in real life

Highly doubtful, extremely unlikely even, you’d muster the temerity or conjure the audacity to attempt audibly verbalizing that sort of inane statement in his presence. Specifically, within an arm’s length proximity.

Zooming in on the first kid's face, and I gotta say.. he looks and grins like the fricking teenage version of Joker from Batman.

This kid will start more than fires in his Super Villain future

If the DA wants to go hard they could be looking at 6-25 years

quote:

§51.  Aggravated arson

A.  Aggravated arson is the intentional damaging by any explosive substance or the setting fire to any structure, watercraft, or movable whereby it is foreseeable that human life might be endangered.

B.  Whoever commits the crime of aggravated arson shall be imprisoned at hard labor for not less than six nor more than twenty years, and shall be fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars.  Two years of such imprisonment at hard labor shall be without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

This is what bad parenting produces: shitehead kids who think it’s acceptable to set inventory in a store on fire. I hope the DA tries them both as adults and throws the book at them.
